Classes & Tutorials

In-Person Classes: I offer small group settings in my home in Ventura County. All materials are provided. Choose from a large variety of materials. I’ve acquired over 30 years worth of vintage jewelry and buttons, semi-precious stones, shells, drift wood, millefiori, dichroic glass, homemade fused glass, rocks, beads, tiles, and metal just to name a few. You’ll learn how to cut, place, grout, finish and take home a meaningful mosaic heart you’ve made yourself.

Online Tutorials: Make your own Rock of Love mosaic with my follow along, on-demand video. You can create your own mosaic in your own space at your own pace. I sell kits that accompany this tutorial which include beads, (colors may vary) tiles, heart template, grout, glue, straight pin, and popcycle sticks. You’ll need your own tools and rock.

This tutorial was so fun! Thanks to Sherri’s soothing voice walking me through each step. Let me address the kit itself first, then the video. This kit is full of gorgeous material. The beads selected were the perfect colors to make this heart design pop! Turquoise, Blues, Aqua—this is my happy place. And the choices had just the right selection of shiny, glittery, flat, dark, light, and size differences. Also the kit included everything I needed so I didn’t have to go digging into my other supplies. That’s much appreciated for this busy working mom. I love having the ability to sit by myself at my computer and stop and start, rewind when I need to hear something over again, or watch how her hands are doing the movements.
